Cost

Cost of Divorce Mediation in Massachusetts

I am efficient in helping parties come to agreement. I offer the following flat fees* for divorce mediation:

  • If a couple has children and owns a home: $2750.
  • If a couple has children but no home or real estate: $2250.
  • For couples with a house but no children: $2000.
  • For couples with no real estate and no children: $1,500.

*These flat fee prices include up to 5 hours of face-to-face meetings and are for couples who a) can come into my office together and b) have household income under $250,000.

Costs are usually higher for couples with multiple properties, their own businesses, high income or assets, or higher than average levels of conflict.

If your household income is below $60,000, I can offer you lower prices than these.

These costs, which are typically shared by both parties. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions about the cost of divorce mediation, QDRO’s and DRO’s for dividing 401K’s or pensions, or hourly legal consulting and document review.

See reviews of my divorce mediation on this site as well as reviews at Google Business listings for my Springfield and Amherst offices.
